Serve warm, or cover and refrigerate. Cover and steam for 1 hour. Mush it around until all the rice is tender, about 15 minutes before. Add brown sugar, butter, flour, baking soda, salt, and vanilla stir well. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight and serve hot covered with Chocolate Sauce and sprinkle with coconut.
